The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. They speak good English, which made communication easy. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center and close to the bus stop for easy access to attractions like Monte Alban. Another advantage was the availability of a hot shower and a kitchen for guests to use.
There were a few negative aspects during my stay. The bathroom sinks were located on the floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Hostal San Pueblo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like part of their family. I loved the unique touch of having dogs and a cat, as well as plants on the roof. The room was comfortable and spacious, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The terrace was a great place to meet fellow guests and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking my own meals. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center with the added bonus of being near the mirador and local market.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great location, enjoyed the communal kitchen. Wifi was a plus.
Who needs fresh air anyways? Loved the loud, stuffy room with poo on the floor.

Our stay at Hostal San Pueblo was fantastic. The family who owns the hostel was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. We loved the presence of their adorable dogs and sweet cat. The location was perfect, and the price was surprisingly affordable. The wifi and shower were both excellent. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Drawbacks: However, the mattress in our room was extremely firm, which made it uncomfortable, especially for those with back problems. Additionally, the thin walls allowed us to hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms.
